-h- Defeated Ultimo Dragon in the finals of the Super J-Crown tournament to win the title. Sasake becomes the first Octuple Crown champion.

-i- Loses the International Junior Heavyweight Title to Yuuji Yasuraoka on June 6, 1997 but continues to defend the J-Crown with the seven remaining titles.

-j- Vacates other six titles in the J-Crown, ending the Octuple Crown Championship but retains the IWGP belt.

-k- WCW strips Guerrera of the title due to injury and orders Psichosis and La Parka to compete in a match to fill the vacancy, which Psichosis wins. He then defends the belt against Liger for Guerrera and loses the title.

-l- Vacated in January 2002 when Ka Shin leaves NJPW.

-m- Defeated Masahito Kakihara for the vacant title.

-n- Vacated the title on September 23, 2003.

-o- Wins an 11-man battle royal to win the vacant belt.

-p- Tiger is the reigning NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion, and becomes a double champion with the win.

-q- Vacated on June 16, 2008 when Inoue graduates to the heavyweight division.

-r- Defeated Prince Devitt in the finals of a tournament for the vacant title.
