-a- Defeats Barry Windham to win NWA World Heavyweight Title. The recognition is dropped by the NWA in September of 1993 when WCW pulls out of the NWA. Flair continues to be recognized as trhe World Heavyweight Champion by WCW.
-b- Recognized as "WCW International" World Heavyweight Champion after WCW completes pull-out of the NWA.
-c- Rude defeats Sting for the belt on May 1, 1994 in Fukuoka, Japan but the decision is reversed because Rune hit Sting with the belt for the win. Sting refuses to accept the title on May 22, in Philidelphia, PA unless he can defeat Vader that night. The belt is then held-up.
-d- Defeats Vader to regain the help-up title.
-e- Flair is already the WCW World Heavyweight Champion and unifies the two titles.
